This Return Policy explains how JWXKO SOFTWARE LTD (“Company,” “we,” “us,” and “our“) manages returns and refunds when you purchase products from our website at https://lunardma.com (“Website“). It details the eligibility criteria for returns, the process for returning items, and your rights regarding refunds or replacements.

RETURNS ELIGIBILITY

You are eligible for the returns process if:

  • The product received is defective or damaged upon receipt.
  • The product is damaged during transit, and the damage is reported within 24 hours of receiving delivery.
  • The product received does not match the item you purchased.

To process a return, we require clear evidence of the defect or issue. Please provide images or a video of the specific problem with the item you wish to return. Our customer support team will review the provided evidence to determine eligibility for a return.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. Returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at sales@lunardma.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase. Returns without an RMA number will not be processed.

SHIPPING COSTS

If your return request is approved due to an eligible issue, we will cover the shipping costs. For ineligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping expenses.

REFUND OR REPLACEMENT

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will determine if a replacement or refund is appropriate.

  • Refunds: Will be issued to the original payment method within three (3) days of receiving your return.
  • Replacements: Will be provided for items that are no longer in stock or available.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products past the return window.
  • Products without proof of purchase.
  • Products not returned with all original components, accessories, and packaging.
  • Products with signs of tampering or misuse.
  • Products not purchased directly from us.
  • Products returned due to change of mind.
